James Bond’s Electromagnetic Pulse

Before heading out on his final mission in No Time to Die (2021), Q equips James Bond (Daniel Craig) with this Omega Seamaster Diver 300M watch, modified to create an electromagnetic pulse that can short circuit electronics within a limited range.

“Just be careful,” Q adds, noting that he hasn’t yet had the chance to test it properly. Fortunately, the watch performs to the max when Bond uses it against former SPECTRE operative Primo, exploding his bionic eye and killing him.

Bond reports back to Q, “I just showed someone your watch. Really blew their mind.”
