Petraeus (US Army, Ret.) former Director of the CIA. Petraeus has recently written Conflict: The Evolution of Warfare from 1945 to Ukraine with historian Andrew Roberts. A sweeping examination of war, the book provides a penetrating analysis of what can be learned from the past—and anticipate in the future—in order to navigate an increasingly perilous world.
