Development and Membership Assistant (Temporary)
Summary
The International Spy Museum (SPY) is searching for a qualified recruit to assist our Development department to support its work in securing and stewarding charitable support from individuals, corporations, and foundations. This position will work closely with a small team of fundraising professionals to maintain the Museum’s membership records as well as focus on providing excellent customer services through interactions with members and donors.
Reports to: Vice President of Development & Membership

Responsibilities:
- Responds to member and donor inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Updates constituent records as needed including updating biographical data and communication preferences.
- Fulfills membership benefits via mail; assists in processing and mailing member and donor communications.
- Monitors membership data and updates membership reports.
- Prepares and drafts content for member and donor e-communications.
- Assists with development events as needed, potentially outside of Museum’s open hours.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience Required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
