DC Public School 5th Grade Free Admission Program

The Museum, in partnership with the District of Columbia government, has initiated a Free Admission program for all DC Public School 5th grade classes. Seaton Elementary School, just north of the Museum in the Shaw neighborhood, was the first school to take advantage of this annual program which extends from January 7th through March 13th and September 2nd through November 10th by reservation. To reserve space for your 5th grade students, contact Chas. Lum clum@spymuseum.org or call 202.654.0980.

The Museum’s educational exhibits provide an opportunity for exploring social studies, science, math, language arts, and technology. Students learn about the “secret history of history,” the role of espionage in shaping events from biblical times to the present, and can practice their skills of observation, analysis, and code breaking at interactive stations. The Museum’s exhibits demonstrate many of the unique ways students can apply their knowledge of the topics they are studying.
